Getting it onto your reader

Kindle
Use Amazon's Send to Kindle (website, app or email) and choose the EPUB file. Amazon adapts it for your Kindle.
Kobo
Connect your Kobo to your computer with the USB cable and copy the EPUB onto it. Eject it and the book appears in your library.
PocketBook
Copy it over USB, as with a Kobo, or email it with the Send-to-PocketBook service.

If you use Calibre, add the file to your library and send it to your reader like any other book.
